  • You can book an appointment by sending us an email or heading to our appointments page. You can also stop by the studio during reception hours Monday - Friday 9.30 - 2.30pm.

  • Yes, consultations are free of charge and are most often done via email, or can be booked in-person if preferred.

  • Absolutely. We specialise in custom designs and can work with you to create a tattoo that is unique to you.

  • Yes, we offer cover-up tattoos. During a consultation, we will assess the existing tattoo and discuss your options.

  • Yes, we require a deposit to secure your appointment. The amount will be specified at the time of your booking and will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.

  • Yes, however a 1.59% fee applies to all credit card payments, and a 4.1% fee applies to all AfterPay payments.

  • We mostly operate by appointment but do regular walk-in days, which are advertised via our instagram.

  • Tattoo prices vary depending on the artist, tattoo size, complexity, and location on the body. During your email or in-person consultation, we will provide an estimate for your tattoo.

  • Make sure to get a good night’s sleep, eat a proper meal before your appointment, and stay hydrated. Avoid alcohol and excessive caffeine the day before your session, and if possible, moisturise the area daily for at least a week before your appointment (except the day-of).

  • We ask that you do not apply numbing cream before your appointment, as it can affect the texture of your skin, making it more difficult to tattoo. Instead, we ask that you wait to see how you feel during your session. If needed, your artist can apply a preferred numbing product at the appropriate time.

  • Please bring a valid photo ID.

  • We prefer to limit the number of people in the studio for comfort and space. A support person is welcome.

  • After getting a tattoo, it’s important to keep it clean. Your artist will provide you with detailed aftercare instructions to ensure proper healing.

  • Yes, our studio is licensed and follows strict hygiene and safety protocols. We use sterilised equipment, high-quality inks, and comply with all health regulations.

  • Please let us know about any skin conditions or allergies beforehand. We use high-quality, hypoallergenic inks, but it’s always best to discuss any concerns during your consultation.

  • Free all-day parking is available at public carparks located at 3 Warkworth Street, or 3a Baxter Street. All other on-street parking near the studio is limited to 60 minutes.

  • There are many places to stay depending on your personal preference. Feel free to send us an email for any travel recommendations and questions - we’re always happy to help.
